Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered designs that balance business goals with user needs. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to define user flows and design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business goals into user flows and wireframes
• Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Define UX patterns and design systems
• Reduce friction for non-technical users
• Collaborate with engineers before development begins

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

• Experience mentoring junior designers
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices
